R & D Center

Huasheng Rubber Technology R&D Center is located in Le'an Street, Guangrao County, covering an area of more than 50,000 square meters. Construction started in February 2019, and it was completed and put into use in August 2020, with a cumulative investment of more than 600 million RMB. The R&D center consists of a physical and chemical test center, a technology R&D center, a performance testing center, and an expert apartment, forming a high-performance green tire R&D base integrating in-depth raw material development, polymer performance research, high-end tire research and development, product simulation and experimentation.

The R&D center is equipped with nearly 100 sets of international high-precision experimental equipment and more than 260 technical R&D personnel, including 3 specially-appointed professors, 8 doctors, and 15 senior engineers. The company has built an academician workstation together with academicians of the Russian Academy of Engineering, and has also carried out in-depth cooperation with Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Shandong Academy of Sciences, etc., and has established the Guangrao Rubber Technology Research Center, which has become a new highland of scientific and technological innovation integrating high-end R&D, achievement transformation, and deep integration of production, education and research.
